EAA General Assembly Registration

5. July 2012

    Dear friends and colleagues,

Greetings on behalf of the Ecumenical Advocacy Alliance (EAA) Assembly Planning Committee. The Ecumenical Advocacy Alliance will be holding its third General Assembly from 11-14 November 2012 in Limuru, Kenya.

Participation in the Assembly is open to heads of EAA member churches and organizations, or to their designated official representatives. In addition, EAA members may register additional people to attend the Assembly (e.g. key contacts on HIV/AIDS or food security). Strategy Group members are in any event warmly invited to attend in that capacity.

To register, please fill out the registration form and return it to us at the following e-mail address: assembly@e-alliance.ch or fax number: +41 22 710 23 87. The deadline for the registration is 14 September 2012

The Assembly is an essential and pivotal event in the life and work of the EAA. We need all of our members to participate in the reflection and decision-making necessary to further strengthen our Alliance, and to advance the cause of justice for the most vulnerable and marginalized.

With thanks for your engagement, and for your commitment to future efforts in ecumenical advocacy.

    Peter Prove
    Executive Director
